"I am an aspiring rugby union referee - at present I am officiating within tier 5 of rugby union basically I am refereeing 4 leagues below the premiership. Over the years I have been labelled slow, lethargic and cumbersome with my running style and also fitness levels.

A few years ago my coach put me in contact with Andy to help me with my training schedule, technique and over all posture to help enable a more efficient way to run. My goal obviously is to make the national panel of referees and hopefully progress through the system.
Andy have been helping me by long distance style sessions where he has emailed my with the schedules and techniques required.

On occasions I have managed to go to the track and have a more personal session which I found very beneficial.
He has enabled me to improve my game through good fitness, technique which keeps me going for the full game.

My reports over the last few years have improved to the stage where I am now going to take part in the selection process of hopefully becoming an RFU Panel Referee. His attention to detail and the expertise of being able to tailor a schedule which met my needs have been amazing and I can't thank him enough for his time and effort.
