Sport Fit - Strength and Conditioning Programme

This programme is delivered by our very experienced trainer Trevor Langford. The programme is bespoke to runners/triathletes yet open to all ages & abilities. Mainly focusing on both major muscle groups and indeed the smaller stabilising ones too, strength & coniditioning based it is a tough but rewarding work out.

Times:  Monday & Thursday Evenings plus Wednesday & Thursday mornings where you can bring your babies/children to supervise while you work out!
Duration:  60 mins/ 8 weeks
Cost:        £44 pp
