The Dynaband (Theraband) is a unique way of building strength/control throughout the whole body, and different strengths of resistance band ensure you progress quickly at your own level. All major muscle groups as well as core are targeted in Band Fit classes (both Video Link and Face to Face formats), and the muscle control gains using this piece of equipment are well documented for many years now.
