Our Physiotherapists/Sports Therapists have a passion in injury prevention, and this is the basis for our very popular 1-2-1 or small group Personal Training (PT) sessions.
Our therapists follow an individual approach that is not only based on the patient’s individual goals, but the history of previous injuries to prevent future injury prevention.
Whether it be Face to Face or Video Link format, the sessions are very effective, fun, and excellent value for money.
We use simple objects such as buckets, books and cushions for people who take part in Video Link format from the comfort of their own homes, meaning you do not need specific gym equipment to build strength/cardiovascular fitness at all levels.
Small groups/couples can be catered for if you would like to improve your fitness together, and many people use the PT sessions as a springboard into our unique Face to Face/Video Link Classes for long-term health benefits.
