Sports Fit is the most intense of our programmes and is suitable for people looking to improve further their strength, fitness and ability to take part in their chosen activities (e.g running, racquet sports, cycling, ball sports, hiking). We focus both on upper and lower body as well as core power/strength, with special attention to technique for more advanced exercises/positions. Equipment in both Face to Face and Video Link sessions is utilised to maximise the strength aspect of the classes, and as with all our classes every week has a different format to ensure the variety that our programmes bring
Our unique classes have been very popular for many years due to the variety, individual attention, specific modifications, and injury prevention approach. We have both “Video Link” and “Face to Face” options meaning people worldwide can access our classes. The style of our classes means that in both formats we use identical techniques to achieve the goals of:
