Our Sports/Deep Tissue Massages are effective not just for pre or post-event tightness, but even if you take part in regular exercise/training this will help you to be as free as possible in key muscle groups.
Our therapists will identify any areas of tightness quickly, and address these using specific testing where indicated (meaning that diagnosing during a Deep Tissue Massage will occur).
Please ask about our unique “Tri-Packs”, where a discount is present for patients who require more than one Sports/Deep Tissue Massage. The best timing for Deep Tissue Massage is in the week leading up to an event and then immediately after for recovery.
