What is Lower Limb Fitness?
Our Lower Limb classes are suitable for all lower body conditions such as hip/knee/ankle surgery including replacements (pre/post), post injury rehabilitation such as fractures/ligament strains, and generalised lower body weakness. Special attention is given to single sided muscle weakness, stability and appropriate modifications made for each participant for each exercise

Our unique classes have been very popular for many years due to the variety, individual attention, specific modifications, and injury prevention approach. We have both “Video Link” and “Face to Face” options meaning people worldwide can access our classes. The style of our classes means that in both formats we use identical techniques to achieve the goals of:
