Diane Wood

I previously worked within the Magistrates Court Service and Ministry of Justice for 32 years in several administration roles finally leave the service as an Estates/Facilities Manager.

I joined the platinum team in October 2015 to take on the demanding role in reception. I am a member of Durham City Harriers with a keen interest in fitness partaking in a number of classes with Platinum and enjoy doing 10k road races, half marathons and cross country events.

I was previously a level 2 qualified coach, coaching young children, some of which have gone on to compete at National level. In 2021 I completed my first 70.3 Triathlon (Outlaw X) which was a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile cycle and 13.1 mile run.

When not participating in one of many fitness classes or out running I love to spend time with my family and entertaining friends. If not entertaining, then I like to go to the theatre and eat tasty food!
